Drop-in prices:  $8.00 for 90 minute classes, $7.00 for 75 minute classes.
Monthly prices:   $25.00 for any four 90-minute classes, and  $22.00 for any four gentle classes (all 4 classes must be

                        February 2012 Schedule

Please note:   February 23 - 26 I will be in Spokane studying Yoga Anatomy with Julie Gudmestad, and
classes will be taught by subs as noted while I'm gone.

Monday  4:30-6:00 PM  Advanced beginner - Intermediate Yoga.
In this class we work on the alignment of a wide variety of  individual poses and  link poses into flowing vinyasa
sequences.  We sometimes work on more challenging, intermediate poses, and  familiarity with basic yoga poses is
helpful.    

Wednesday 10:00 - 11:15 AM  Gentle Yoga   
This class is perfect for baby boomers, active seniors and anyone wanting a gentler, slower paced class.   We'll work
the entire body, developing strength and flexibility throughout.   We also do many range-of-motion movements to keep
the joints supple, and spend time each week working on developing balance, so important as we get older.   

Thursday 5:30 - 7:00 PM   Mixed levels class: Beginning  - Intermediate levels  
In this class we'll work on learning safe alignment of a wide variety of yoga poses, building strength, flexibility, balance
and body awareness.    This class is designed for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.   The
emphasis will be on foundational poses, and while we will NOT do difficult poses that are inappropriate for beginners,
there will include enough challenge and deep work to benefit intermediate students.  Nancy Berdimurat will sub Feb 23.

Saturdays 9:00-10:30 AM  Advanced Beginning/Intermediate Yoga
In this class we'll work on safe alignment of a wide variety of yoga poses, often linked into flowing vinyasa sequences.   
The class is designed for those with some prior yoga experience, but all levels of yoga student are welcome.  Those
with physically limiting injuries or other conditions would benefit more from the Saturday 11 AM gentle yoga class

Yoga Workshops for Creating Positive Change, January 14 and Feb 11:   This workshop is a time for
you to relax deeply and imagine how you would like your life to evolve.   We'll do gentle yoga to help your body & mind
relax, restorative yoga with guided visualizations to help you get more in touch with your deeper heartfelt desires, more
active yoga with affirmations to help set your intentions, and journal writing.    You can certainly do all of this on your
own, but setting aside time to consciously envision your best life can be a powerful practice.   And if you're perfectly
happy and just want to come for a full morning of relaxing yoga that's fine too!    It'll be held twice: on January 14 at my
studio, and February 11 at Imagine Health in Columbia Falls.   The cost is $35 at my studio, and $45 at Imagine
Health.   Your check will reserve your space.   Please make it out to Jane Adams, and bring it to class or send to:

Private Instruction.
Jane is also available for private yoga lessons, or special classes for you and your friends and family.   This is a great
way to get a class or lesson tailored specifically to your physical needs, and schedule.  I provide all the yoga props and
anything else we'll need.  Please call or email me so we can talk about how I may be able to serve you.   A private one
hour lesson at my studio is $60.  If you have a group of friends who want a class at a specific time and day, we can set
up weekly private classes.    If I travel to you, the price is $100 for a 90 minute class, which includes travel time, and I
