Fall 2019 / Winter 2020 Schedule

              Monday & Wednesday 10:00 - 11:30 AM  Gentle Yoga
    This class is perfect for baby boomers, active seniors and anyone wanting a gentler,
    slower paced class.   We'll work the entire body, developing strength and flexibility
    throughout.   We also do many range-of-motion movements to keep the joints
    supple. Jane teaches Wednesday and Erin teaches Monday.  Jane's classes
    emphasize working and stretching the full body and spend time each week working
    on balance, and Erin spends more time on detailed alignment and posture.      
    $8.00 drop-in. .  The Wednesday classes will be cancelled Dec 25 and Jan 1.

                  Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30 - 7:00 PM  Iyengar Yoga level 1 & 2
    This class is perfect for beginners and seasoned students who want to learn or
    refresh fundamental poses. Students willlearn standing, seated, twisting, forward
    extending, back bending and beginning inverted poses at a modest pace, as well
    as how to use yoga props for individual needs. Elements of pranayama (breath
    work) and philosophy will also be included. As a mixed levels offering, this class
    will be adapted to the level of students attending. Mondays class is taught by Erin
    Burke-Webster, and Wednesdays class is taught by Ashley Tetu. To learn

                Taught by Joan Schmidt, this class is for those wanting to learn a collection of
                      mind-body practices to assist you in experiencing conscious breath, clear focus,
                moving freely, resting deeply, and experiencing gratitude and laughter. $8.00 drop-in.

    Erin is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) at the Introductory II level.  She strives
    to make her classes educational, inviting, and above all FUN!   Erin loves working
    with all ages and abilities and is currently studying Iyengar Yoga Therapeutics in LA
    to pursue her passion of helping individuals address specific health issues through
